I am a customer of Koutons. Lately I have purchased 2 T-shirts and 1 shirt from the Behala, Kolkata outlet. I did not notice the quality of the shirts at the time of purchase. When I went home and my brother wanted to give it a try, we were surpised to find that the quality of the shirts have degraded like anything. The texture of the cloth is like a mosquito net(to give you the right example). Earlier also we had purchased from your outlets but we did not have any complaint. The shirts are looking cheap bcoz of the quality. We again went there to find if we get something of better quality but unfortunately all looked the same and there are absolutely no good choices. Therfore I would request you to refund the money in lieu of these items as I am really dissatisfied with your products and I feel that we have wasted our hard earned money.
Please look into this urgently as I will be going on a tour at the end of this week. Please contact me at 09903979079 if you want any other details.
