RAI to organise 2-day workshops on “Excellence in Store Operations (ESOP)”

Retailers Association of India (RAI) has been organizing two day Workshops on “Excellence in Store Operations,” (ESOP) in several large cities of the country.

These workshops focus on the means of achieving great retail performance by virtue of enhancing the store productivity and profitability.

The two day Workshop offers a learning platform for retailers, practicing Retail Professionals, Retail Supervisors and Store Owners from all sectors in retailing, who have a desire to imbibe and adopt proven best practices.

With a view to make them more focused and value added, the course content of these Workshops has now been restructured to cover following topics :

Profitable Store Operations
Building Store Brands in India
Successful Merchandising and Buying Techniques
Visual Merchandising in Retail
Customer Experience Management
Managing Human Assets in Retailing
A Special Workshop on Team Work

Having already organised such workshops in Bangalore, Chennai, and New Delhi in the past three months, RAI has scheduled future workshops in Ahmedabad (November 2008, 05-06), Hyderabad (December 2008, 10-11), Pune (January 2009, 14-15), Cochin (February 2009, 25-26), Kolkata (March 2009, 11-12), and Chandigarh (March 2009, 26-27).
