Dewang Mehta Business School Awards, which recognise talent and leadership amongst the Business Schools across India, were recently presented in an award function held at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
Gibson G. Vedamani, Chief Executive Officer, Retailers Association of India (RAI), was chosen by a jury consisting of 25 prominent industry leaders, as the “Best Teacher in Retail Management” for the 16th Dewang Mehta Business School Award.
Dr. Sujaya Banerjee, Chief Learning Officer, Essar Group and Ms. Saagarika Rai, Chief People Officer, Reliance BIG Entertainment, presented the award to Vedamani.
The Dewang Mehta Business Award is given in recognition of leadership, development, innovation and industry interface in addition to teaching excellence.
The Awards are supported by Ms. Sheila Mehta – Director, Onward Foundation for Dewang Mehta awards.
